After years of caring for Seniors in their homes, Christy Prinz and Tamara Jackson, two Registered Home Health Nurses, saw the overwhelming need for reliable and responsive home care to Seniors.  In 1994, confident in their knowledge and experience in the field of Senior Care, Prinz’s and Jackson’s founded the concepts and ideals of Custom Home Care.

Custom has since grown tremendously due to the attentive customer service at our corporate office combined with the professionalism of our highly trained caregiving staff.  We are proud to serve the Chicagoland area in private homes, retirement communities, nursing homes and hospital settings.  Custom Home Care provides customized care that works for you.
